YEARBOOK CLUB

The Ursa Major Yearbook Staff is charged with creating a timeless record of memories of Lyndhurst High School each year, as well as a tribute to the Senior Class. Members of the Yearbook staff are committed, creative students, dedicated to working on the book throughout the course of the year. The Yearbook executive staff begins its planning in March of the previous year to decide upon the direction of the book. Their responsibilities include choosing the cover and color scheme for the book and deciding upon what will appear on every single page.

Over the course of the year, the staff learns to use the Yearbook software and they design each section and page on the computer. Tremendous thought and creativity goes into the creation of the Yearbook - thousands of pictures are taken, thousands of words are typed. Thanks to the tireless and timeless dedication of the staff, the Yearbook's exceptional quality remains consistent year after year.

While the purpose of the Yearbook is to create a catalogue of lasting memories, the staff also manages to have fun and make a lifetime of memories along the way.
